Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?
Yes. Design, deployment and ongoing maintenance are delivered remotely for clients in multiple regions and time zones.
Do you only deploy open-source platforms?
No. Open-source and commercial platforms are assessed on fit for the workload, budget and support expectations. The architecture decides the product, not the other way round.
Can you take over an environment someone else built?
Yes. Takeover begins with an inventory and a documented current-state assessment before any change is made.
What does a technical assessment involve?
A structured review of your current environment, usage, operational problems and objectives, resulting in an indicative infrastructure profile and a recommended scope of work.
Do you provide emergency assistance?
Emergency requests can be submitted through the emergency support page. Response is subject to availability and is not guaranteed unless covered by an applicable support agreement.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing follows scope. The estimator on this site produces indicative figures only; a final proposal requires a technical assessment of the actual environment.
