No, it is a higher tier. The base product is prevention plus risk analytics; EDR and XDR sensors are licensed separately.
Does it work on servers and virtual desktops?
Yes, with a security server offloading scanning in virtualised environments so hosts are not overloaded.
Can it coexist with Microsoft Defender?
Defender steps aside automatically when a third-party product registers. Running two active engines is not advisable.
